Priority booking means members receive earlier access to peak-hour slots before they are released publicly.

This allows you to secure preferred timings without repeatedly checking availability or adjusting your schedule around last-minute openings.

Memberships automatically renew at the selected billing interval (3, 6, or 12 months).

To cancel, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before the next billing date.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships may be paused, subject to approval and availability.

Upon arrival, simply stop at the entrance of Haji Lane, on Beach Road.

Our chauffeur will:

• Assist you with your golf equipments
  
• Drive your car to a nearby parking location
  

As your session comes to an end, your car will be:

• Retrieved from parking
  
• Driven back to the Haji Lane entrance
  
• Ready for you to load up and depart seamlessly
  

Chauffeur service is available to members based on their monthly allowance and subject to availability.

Key terms:

• The member must be inside the vehicle during the ride

• Chauffeur service may not be used to pick up or drop off others without the member present

• Additional pickups beyond the allowance incur a $50 fee per pickup, regardless of distance

• Pickup timing must be coordinated by the member

• If the chauffeur arrives on time but the member is late due to external reasons, MaxGolf is not liable

We will contact members after a booking is made to confirm whether chauffeur service, valet service, or no transport assistance is required.

Chairman Membership is limited and offered by invitation only.

It is designed for members who want unrestricted access, maximum flexibility, and the highest level of service. Availability is intentionally limited to preserve the experience.

Yes, select membership tiers include private bottle storage.

• Diamond Members: up to 3 bottles

• Chairman Members: up to 5 bottles

• Storage is limited to one month per bottle

No corkage or bottle service is provided.

Stored beverages must be consumed on-site and may not leave the premises.

The Front Desk assists all guests with general enquiries, directions, availability checks, and booking guidance.

The Concierge Service is exclusive to members and provides personalised support, including:

• Priority booking assistance

• Slot holding

• Chauffeur coordination

• Pre-session preparation

• Special requests and planning
