Policies, House Rules & Disclaimer

Welcome to Max Golf. By entering the premises, making a booking, or using any of our facilities, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies, house rules, and disclaimers. These policies are in place to maintain a safe, private, and high-quality environment for all members, guests, and staff.
1. Nature of the Venue & Access Rights
- Max Golf operates as a private indoor golf venue and is not a fully public space.
- Access is limited to members, invited guests, and individuals with a confirmed booking.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry, restrict access, or discontinue service at its discretion to preserve safety, privacy, and the overall experience.
2. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
- Use of all facilities, including golf swings, simulator play, and related activities, is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
- Golf-related activities carry inherent risks, including physical strain, accidental contact, or injury.
- Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and ability to participate safely.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Golf shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or health-related incident arising from use of the premises, equipment, or participation in any activity.
3. Equipment Use & Personal Property
- All equipment and facilities must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with staff instructions.
- Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in repair or replacement charges.
- Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Max Golf is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
4. Conduct & Behaviour Standards
- Max Golf maintains a calm, respectful, and discreet environment.
- Behaviour that disrupts others, compromises safety, or violates house standards—including excessive noise, unsafe actions, or inappropriate conduct—will not be tolerated.
- Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions given by staff for safety and operational purposes.
Management reserves the right to immediately terminate a session and request guests to leave the premises without refund or compensation if conduct is deemed inappropriate.
5. Surveillance, Legal Compliance & Prohibited Activities
- CCTV surveillance is in operation throughout the premises for safety and security, in accordance with applicable laws.
- By entering Max Golf, all individuals consent to video monitoring.
- Illegal, unlawful, or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden, including but not limited to:
- Illegal transactions of any kind
- Use, possession, or distribution of prohibited or controlled substances
- Any act that endangers the safety of guests, staff, or property
Max Golf reserves the right to terminate access immediately and cooperate fully with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected.
6. Respect for Staff
- Guests are expected to treat all staff with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times.
- Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.
- Staff are authorised to intervene, refuse service, or escalate matters to management when necessary.
Failure to respect staff may result in immediate termination of a session and removal from the premises without refund or compensation.
7. Alcohol & Refreshments (Where Applicable)
- Where alcohol is served or permitted, guests must consume responsibly and in moderation.
- Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or terminate a session if intoxication or unsafe behaviour is observed.
- Guests assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption.
8. Bookings, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- All bookings are subject to confirmation via our booking platform or authorised staff.
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session with no extension or compensation.
- Failure to attend or cancel within the applicable notice period will be treated as a completed booking.

9. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.
- These policies may be amended at any time without prior notice.
- These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Entry into Max Golf constitutes acceptance of all the above policies.
