1. Overview
Welcome to Max Golf. By booking a session, purchasing products, or entering our facility, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Certain services, privileges, or areas may be reserved for members or invited guests.
2. Age Requirement
Max Golf is open for bookings to guests aged 18 and above. Valid identification may be requested upon check-in.
3. Bookings & Payment
- Bookings may be made online via our website (powered by Shopify and Appointo) or in person at our location.
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and others.
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST and service fees.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session will be fully refunded.
- You may reschedule your session once, with a minimum of 12 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.
- A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After this window, your session may be marked as a no-show.
- If you arrive late but within your scheduled slot, you may continue with the remaining time. Session end times cannot be extended to ensure a smooth transition for the next guest.
- If you wish to extend your session beyond the original end time, and there is an available slot after yours, you may do so for an additional charge of $80 per 30 minutes. Please check with our front desk for availability.
5. Facility Rules
- No outside food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed unless pre-approved.
- Appropriate attire is required; footwear must be worn at all times.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.
- Please treat our space, equipment, staff, and fellow guests with respect.
- Parking is self-arranged. Note: the route from carpark to facility is not sheltered.
6. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment, furnishings, or property caused by negligence or misuse.
- Max Golf reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
- Use of the facility is at your own risk. Max Golf is not liable for personal injury or loss, unless it involves items entrusted to us (e.g. members' or VIPs' belongings held in safekeeping).
7. Safety & Surveillance
The facility is under CCTV surveillance for safety and security. By entering, you consent to video monitoring while on the premises.
8. Personal Data
We collect your name, email, and phone number for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes. Your data is handled with care and subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Max Golf reserves the right to cancel any booking, deny entry, or refuse service at our discretion if policies are violated or behavior endangers others.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Product Purchases
From time to time, Max Golf may offer merchandise or products (such as apparel or accessories) for sale.
All merchandise purchases are final unless otherwise stated. For more details, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
