Refund policy
Effective as of 15 November 2025
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all bookings, memberships, services, and merchandise purchased from Max Golf Pte Ltd. By making a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings & Experiences
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Schedule changes may be requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.
- Schedule changes requested within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% rescheduling fee, calculated based on the original booking value.
- No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session will be treated as a completed booking and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
- All rescheduling requests must be made through our booking platform or via direct contact with our front desk team.
Session end times will not be extended for late arrivals. Any unused time due to late arrival is forfeited.
2. Membership Bookings & Privileges
Members enjoy additional flexibility as part of their membership privileges.
- Members may cancel or reschedule a booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are subject to the same 50% rescheduling fee.
- Unused member entitlements, credits, or complimentary services are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or refunds.

3. Merchandise & Product Sales
All merchandise purchases, whether made online or in-store, are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Sale items, promotional items, and limited releases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. General Conditions
- Refunds, credits, or exceptions are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Max Golf management.
- All approved credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period.
- Max Golf reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
